Cuba resources: insider guides for moving, buying and travelling
Listings tell you what is for sale. They do not tell you how residency works, what the notary will ask for, how to move money, or what a Havana neighbourhood is like to live in. For that we point buyers to independent specialists. This page collects the resources of Alissa (Absolutely Alissa), a travel advisor and tour operator who has been based in Havana for more than seven years, organised by what you are trying to do.
These are her own guides, calls and newsletters, hosted on her platforms — we link to them rather than reproducing them, so you always get the current version straight from the author. Some links are affiliate or paid products of hers; CubanRealEstate.com is not the seller and takes no part in those transactions.
